This training is specially customized keeping in mind industrial training which happens for Engineering and MCA students. The 6 months training is Industrial Training whereby we associate our trainees with one of our existing client on live projects. The trainees pick one specialized field in ERP either Functional or Technical and get on-job work experience on live project to gain business expertise. It is a platform for the trainees to get practically exposed to whatever they have learnt in books during classroom training and provides assistance to make entry into core business industry. An important remark about this on live project training is that while the trainees show their performance in their respective field, there is one organization who evaluates their performance which becomes an important parameter in Job Assistance. This training helps the trainees to build good expertise with the Client which makes them more professional.

Industrial Training is an integral and one of the most important phases of Engineering and Post Graduate studies being offered by various Institutes all across India. Engineering is a graduation with a specialization in a particular stream say Electronics, Electrical, IT, CSE etc. The curriculum of the Engineering studies gives a direction to attain an expertise in a particular area of study depending upon the choice of an individual but what exactly holds value even in Engineering is the total and overall practical exposure of the student in that particular specialization.
The study not only focuses on the theoretical concepts of the specialization but also gives a practical exposure to the student in the real world environment where the student intends to make his/her future after the successful completion of his studies in the form of Industrial Trainings, this is what makes this period as one of the most important because the students practically apply their acquired knowledge and actually get exposed to the real world environment resulting in learning to work as a part of team, behave and organize themselves according to an Industrial Environment, in other words this is an on hands Job Experience during their studies itself.
After the successful completion of the Industrial Training the student carries an experience of the real world requirements and so in the remaining period of the studies the students can accordingly upgrade, mould and sharpen his/her skills for their early acquisition either during the campus interviews or immediately after completing the studies, by the related industry.
