As a founder member of Headstart he brings with him experience in devising solutions and managing client & alliance partners relationships as part of the Business strategies for growth and diversification
Sameer Murgai:
Graduate from Delhi University and Management graduate from Delhi Productivity Business School. Sameer Murgai has extensive experience in operations and program management having worked for companies like Johnson & Johnson, Zee and Citibank. As founder member of Headstart, he has been instrumental in driving day-to-day company operations & project logistics. He along with his team is responsible for program management as per the contractual commitments. He has been instrumental in managing over 100 projects for varied size and complexity for mid to enterprise level organizations. He has extensive experience in evaluating technologies and deploying solutions while integrating the knowledge management for people and process management strategies
Sandeep Murgai:
Microsoft Business Solution Professional and Graduate from Delhi University and Management graduate from Delhi. Sandeep Murgai has extensive experience in Functional Areas of the Product which ranges from Finance & Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Inventory Management & manufacturing. He has been instrumental in managing over 40 projects for varied size and complexity for mid to enterprise level organizations.
Rohit Kapoor:
Graduate from Delhi University with ICWA and Chartered Accountant by profession. He has Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He has over eight years of experience in Finance& Accounts and Audits. He is responsible for Management Consulting with experience of more than 35 ERP projects. Expertise in Finance & Accounts, Fixed Assets, Payroll along with Supply Chain. He is responsible for Process Reenactment vis a vis mapping the same to Product. Has industry experience of – Retail, Service industry, Manufacturing and Distribution.
Upasana Gill:
Commerce Graduate with Economic Honors and Management Graduate from Symbiosis Pune. She is responsible for Knowledge Management for People with head of Training Development in house and at Client Places also. She is responsible for Lead Generation, Networking, Public Relationship & heads Academy Business as Strategic Business Unit.
